Mindfulness is intentionally paying attention to each moment, being fully engaged in what is happening around you and within you. When you begin to reflect upon all that you have to be grateful for with an attitude of mindfulness, the world may begin to look a bit different.
In this session, Julie Edwards, Director of Health Promotion and Wellness, will lead you through mindfulness skills and highlight how you can incorporate mindfulness and gratitude in your daily life.
Lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and the session will begin promptly at noon.
