As Associate Vice President for Academic Services and University Registrar, Scott leads the Office of the University Registrar by maintaining enrollment, academic, and student information. He enforces academic policies and practices with the academic calendar, curriculum management, registration, degree planning, classroom services, course evaluations, grading services, and academic records while adapting operations to meet educational needs. He also provides data analysis for institutional planning and evaluates administrative processes for innovation with the Academic Information System. Scott also serves as an Associate Dean in the College. He received a BA in Economics and Political Science from Louisiana State University and a MA in International Relations from Georgetown University.
