Health Promotion and Wellness is holding a 7-week email program, Refresh Sleep, that provides students with the skills and strategies to achieve more restful nights and wakeful days.
Topics will include:
- Physiology of sleep
- Relaxation training
- Mindfulness training
- Cognitive therapy strategies
