Join Health Promotion and Wellness’ Refresh Sleep Program

Refresh Sleep, a seven-week email program, provides students with the skills and strategies to achieve more restful nights and wakeful days.

Program topics include:

  • Physiology of sleep
  • Relaxation training
  • Mindfulness training
  • Cognitive therapy strategies
