Van Jones, CNN Contributor and Author, will offer the keynote address. The program also features a conversation with special guest Nikki Giovanni, Poet and Distinguished Professor at Virginia Tech University, and Theaster Gates, Professor in the Department of Visual Arts and the College and Director of Arts + Public Life.
Free and open to the public. Doors open at 5:00pm, and the program starts at 6:00pm. American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation will be available.
