Service Added on East and Central Shuttles

The University of Chicago’s Transportation & Parking Services has added an additional shuttle to both the East and Central shuttle routes for the Winter Quarter to lessen the wait time during the cold weather months. The extra service is in effect every evening from 6 - 10 p.m. During this time buses will leave their staging location at the following intervals:

East Route (from Ratner Center)
• Sunday: 0:00, 0:10, 0:20, 0:30, 0:40, 0:50
• Monday through Saturday: 0:00, 0:05, 0:15, 0:20, 0:30, 0:35, 0:45, 0:50

Central Route (from 57th Street/University Avenue)
• Sunday: 0:00, 0:10, 0:20, 0:30, 0:40, 0:50
• Monday through Thursday: 0:00, 0:05, 0:15, 0:20, 0:30, 0:35, 0:45, 0:50
• Friday & Saturday: 0:00, 0:05, 0:10, 0:15, 0:20, 0:30, 0:35, 0:40, 0:45, 0:50

UGo shuttle riders and CTA bus riders are encouraged to plan their travel in advance. Shuttle movements and arrivals can be tracked online, on a mobile device, or on one of the monitors located in various buildings around campus by using the TransLoc app, available through the iTunes and Google Play stores, and the TransLoc website, uchicago.transloc.com. Announcements and alerts that impact service are also posted to TransLoc.
