Student Luncheons with University Trustees

April 27, 2017

Campus and Student Life and Student Government are pleased to share two opportunities for students to have lunch on Hyde Park's campus with members of the Board of Trustees.

Undergraduates will have the opportunity to speak with Paula Wolff (AM’69, PhD’72) on May 23. On May, 26, undergraduates and graduates are invited to speak with Mary Louise Gorno (MBA’76) and John W. Rogers, Jr. (LAB’76). These events are an opportunity for students to engage with a member of the Board of Trustees – the governing body that provides oversight and input regarding the University's large-scale programmatic goals and its financial and physical resources, and that advocates for the University locally, nationally, and throughout the world.

Please note that due to capacity considerations, not everyone who is interested in attending will be invited to attend. The event is off-the-record and closed to the media, and is limited to 30 students to create an intimate atmosphere and to allow for an open dialogue with Trustees. Attendees are selected to provide broad representation across the schools and divisions, and to take into consideration those students who have not had an opportunity to attend a previous event with a Trustee.

To express interest, undergraduates can complete this form and and graduate students this form. Please have these submitted by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 3.

There will be an email confirmation with full event details to all selected attendees by Monday, May 15.
