Student Health and Counseling Services is hosting several wellness iniatives that can support students throughout the Spring Quarter, including yoga sessions, The Body Project's workshop on challenging ideal beauty standards, and the Refresh Sleep Program, an online program that provides the skills, strategies, and support to achieve more restful nights.
