Advises Housing & Residence Life and Facilities Services on residential commons facilities and operations.

Advises International House staff about Community Kitchen policies and procedures.

A representative body for all Houses, the IHC advises Housing & Residence Life on matters related to undergraduate student housing and the House System. One student representative is elected to IHC by each House.

Advises Office of International Affairs (OIA) on international student needs and concerns, participates in the development of new initiatives, interacts with the wider University community to raise the visibility of international students, and develops international student leadership.
Meets with Housing & Residence Life and UChicago Dining to provide ongoing feedback about the dining options and food that is served in the three residential dining commons and plans special dining programs. Students from Student Alliance for Jewish Enrichment (SAJE) and staff from Hillel participate. Halal food and students from the Muslim Student Association (MSA) participate.

Informs the Office of LGBTQ Student Life Director and the university administration of the needs of LGBTQ students, articulates the problems and issues currently facing LGBTQ students, and advises the Office of LGBTQ Student Life on areas of programming currently being offered.

LSAG assists in making specific recommendations to improve the University libraries and considers proposals for future changes in services. The Library Student Advisory Group includes representatives from the College, Divisions, and the Professional Schools.

Provides on-going feedback about the food and service in the dining commons. Each residential dining commons has its own dining committee.

Advises OMSA on matters related to multicultural student affairs at the University.

Supports athletics at the University. Members of the Undergraduate Order of the C are Varsity lettermen.
Partners with Alumni Relations and Development to raise awareness for the Senior Class Gift and the importance of supporting your University.

Plans Senior Week to make the most of the last week at the University of Chicago before graduation. Committee for fourth-year students typically meets from January to June.

Serves as the voice of spiritual life on campus, organizing the annual Spirit Week and Multifaith Celebration among other events. Undergraduates and graduate students are nominated by their own faith communities.

Creates opportunities for students to connect with and learn from alumni.

A collective of students that receive updates from UChicago Student Wellness regarding programs, services, and initiatives that support the health and well-being of UChicago students. This Board meets with Student Wellness Leadership to provide student perspective and input on potential new and existing physical and mental health services, student health insurance options, and health promotion programs and initiatives. The Board seeks a diverse group of students with at least one representative from The College and each Professional School and Academic Division within the University. Students must commit to attending an onboarding session in September and to serving a one-year term. The deadline to apply is June 1 - Apply here.

Advises SSS on matters related to low-income, first-generation, and undocumented student affairs at the University.

Works with the College Programming Office (CPO), Career Advancement, and other staff across campus to invite more than 200 College alumni to meet with second- and third-year students at a one-day conference style workshop focusing on career exploration and networking.
