DACA Update

January 16, 2018

In a press release issued on Saturday, January 13, 2018, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) stated it will resume accepting and processing certain applications for deferred action under DACA. This change was made in response to a preliminary injunction issued in federal court last week.
